  • My delivery hasn't arrived. Where is my gas?

    For an update on your gas delivery, please give our customer services team a call on 0345 609 6202 and select the option for your local team. We’ve extended our opening hours to make getting in touch easier for you. Our phone lines are now open 8am - 8pm (Monday to Friday), 9am - 1pm (Saturdays), and 9am - 5pm on Bank holidays!   • How can I contact my local Calor centre?

    You can reach us by telephone. Simply call 0345 609 6202 and select the option for your local depot.  Alternatively, you can find the number of your local Calor Centre on your statement or on our Calor Centre page. Our contact center's now open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 1pm.

  • Can I order for delivery outside of the UK?

    No, we don’t dispatch items for international delivery. For deliveries to Ireland, please visit Calor Ireland. 

  • How to get ready for your delivery

    Above-ground and under-ground tank customers: To ensure a smooth top-up, your tank always needs to be safely accessible for our drivers, so please keep a suitable access route clear.  Remember a 3m separation distance is needed from tanks of up to 2000 litres to any buildings, boundaries or parked cars. This distance increases to 7.5 meters for tank

  • How can I get in touch with Customer Services?

  • What is the process for making a complaint?

    To make a complaint please follow our complaints process. Please know we take all complaints seriously and we'll handle it in a fair and caring way. 

  • What is my local Calor depot?

    Your local Calor depot is where your gas deliveries come from. To get in touch with your local depot, head over to our Contact Us page.

  • I've had my gas delivered but haven't received my bill.

    Calor's standard payment terms are 30 days. Unless you are on direct debit, you'll get a statement at the beginning of the following month after delivery, for example if you received your delivery in February, you would get a statement early March. This statement is your bill and will be due for payment by the end of the month.

  • How do I notify you of a recent bereavement/death of a family member?
