How do I notify you of a recent bereavement/death of a family member?
We're here to support you through this time. We understand that notifying us about the recent loss of family or a friend can be difficult. Please reach out to our team at customerservices@calor.co.uk, or if you'd prefer you can call us on 0345 609 6202*.
When emailing, kindly include the following information:
- The ship to or sold to number (also known as account or delivery point number - you'll be able to find this number by going back to a previous statement or other communications from us. If you're still unable to locate this number, you can contact your local customer services team on the contact number above)
- A copy of the death certificate
- Contact details of the executor or solicitor
