As always, our recommendation for those who manually order gas is to place an order when your tank reaches 25%.   • I have run out of gas, who should I contact?

    Please give our customer services team a call on 0345 609 6202 and select the option for your local team. We’ve extended our opening hours to make getting in touch easier for you. Our phone lines are now open 8am - 8pm (Monday to Friday), 9am - 1pm (Saturdays), and 9am - 5pm on Bank holidays! 

  • How do I set up a new account with Calor?

    Where there isn't an existing LPG supply and you'd like to enquire about getting an account in place for bulk LPG or gas bottles, get in touch with our Internal Sales team on 0800 626 626. The team are here Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

  • I'd like to terminate and close my account, what is the process?

    Subject to your remaining contract term with us, to close your account, please send an email to customerservices@calor.co.uk with your details and reason for closing the account.     Call our Internal Sales team on 0800 626 626 to get a quote and to set up your account for gas bottles. The team are here Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

    You can notify us of your house move by completing a short online form and your local customers services team will be in touch.
