When you purchase a gas bottle from us, you also purchase a Cylinder Refill Agreement (also known as a CRA). This is an agreement between us (Calor) and you (the customer).

The cost of a CRA depends on which gas bottle you’re buying and which category it sits in. You can exchange your gas bottle for any gas bottle within the same category. If you need a gas bottle that belongs to a different category, you’ll need to purchase a new Cylinder Refill Agreement.

Head over to our Refills and Exchanges page to learn more about the different gas bottle categories.
