Above-ground and under-ground tank customers:
To ensure a smooth top-up, your tank always needs to be safely accessible for our drivers, so please keep a suitable access route clear. Remember a 3m separation distance is needed from tanks of up to 2000 litres to any buildings, boundaries or parked cars. This distance increases to 7.5 meters for tanks larger than 2,000 litres. Keep this area clear of weeds, rubbish, and deep-rooted trees.

Cylinder customers:
Please note that for safety reasons, we’re unable to deliver gas bottles to basement properties, residences above the third floor or any residences with five or more floors.
