I'd like to terminate and close my account, what is the process?

Subject to your remaining contract term with us, to close your account, please send an email to customerservices@calor.co.uk with your details and reason for closing the account. Or call your local customer service team on 0345 609 6202 and select the option for your local team. We’ve extended our opening hours to make getting in touch easier for you. Our phone lines are now open 8am - 8pm (Monday to Friday), 9am - 1pm (Saturdays), and 9am - 5pm on Bank holidays!
