Unfortunately, this isn't a service that we offer. A small handful of our Network retailers across the country do offer repairs on portable heaters. We recommend using the Retailer Finder to locate your nearest retailer and give them a call to check if this is a service they offer. Alternatively, you could get in touch with the retailer you purchased your appliance from.
