No. LPG is extremely flammable and even if the cylinder is empty, it still contains LPG vapours. Cutting the cylinder could lead to a fire and explosion with serious consequences. Tampering with a Calor cylinder is also illegal as it remains our property at all times. Please return all cylinders to Calor so they can be reused or disposed of safely.
