Patio Gas & 6kg Propane - Temporary 1-for-1 Exchange

We’re closely monitoring our supply levels to ensure continued availability for customers. As a result, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily implement a 1-for-1 exchange only policy on the following cylinder sizes from 27th May 2026:
- 5kg Patio
- 13kg Patio
- 6kg Propane
This means we can only fulfil orders where an equal number of empty cylinders are returned. We’re also unable to accept any new Cylinder Refill Agreements (CRAs) on these sizes at present.
Why is this happening?
The earlier-than-usual start to warmer weather this year has accelerated demand beyond typical seasonal patterns. This, combined with delays to shipping, has led to this decision.
While we’re working hard to increase supply, we need to carefully manage stock levels in the meantime.
