What is auto-ordering?
When you register for our ‘Auto Top-up’ service, we’ll schedule your deliveries for you. In most cases we’ll fit a Telemetry device to your gas tank which monitors the levels of gas.
Here’s some useful information on what to expect from your delivery service once you register for ‘Auto Top-up’.

When do we schedule your delivery? As soon as you receive a gas delivery, we start work on scheduling your next delivery and an estimated delivery date is generated.*

How do we calculate your estimated delivery date? We use your telemetry data to track how much gas you’re using. This, combined with your historic gas usage, is used to determine when you’re next likely to need a top-up and your estimated delivery date. This can be viewed on Calor Account Online. If you don’t have an online account, you can register for one here.

Can my estimated delivery date change? The date can change dependent on your usage and other factors, such as prevailing weather conditions. We regularly review your delivery date based on these factors. We recommend you keep an eye on your delivery date too.

How can I check my estimated delivery date? You can view your estimated delivery date on Calor Account Online. Once logged in, go to ‘Gas tanks and readings’.
- When will I know my order is on its way? We’ll send you a text to let you know when to expect us. If you haven’t registered for our SMS delivery notification service, you can do so by emailing customerservices@calor.co.uk or calling on 0345 6096202.
What happens if you leave me without gas?
Whilst we try not to leave our customers without gas, this can occasionally happen. If we leave you without gas, you need to call us on 0345 6096202 to let us know. We’ll schedule your order for next-day delivery †
*Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control (such as poor weather or other unexpected events) may restrict or delay our ability to deliver on the estimated delivery date.
† We’ll schedule your order for as soon as possible after you alert us to your situation, in the majority of cases a delivery will be completed within 24 hours. Please note, next-day delivery is only possible if the call is made prior to 2pm to allow for rescheduling.
